how to remove old version DLP, when multiple version installed in one system.

Hi Team,

  • Can you suggest how to remove  only old version of DLP.
  • Two different DLP version 9.3.0 and 11.0.400 are installed in one system, result from ePO.

Regards,

Waheed

Re: how to remove old version DLP, when multiple version installed in one system.

You want to remove on upgrade to the newest version?

If you want to upgrade just create a client task with the latest DLP version and deploy over existed.

If you want to remove create a client task with DLP 9.3.0 Remove and another task for systems with DLP 11.0.400 version

You can use client assignment by TAG, before scheduling or running task you can TAG machines with DLP 9.3.0 etc TAG "DLP9" and create assignment Client task "Remove DLP 9.3" for machines with TAG "DLP9" and do same with version 11
