fcag and scan32.exe

it seems that when scan starts, fcag related process is taking high cpu.

So, I've set VSE for the trusted application in DLP and in VSE setting, I have excluded all fcag related process.

But the result is the same.

Why do you think fcag.exe process appear and take high cpu when running VSE, even though everythtng is excluded?
