ePO reporting

Our ePO is Version 5.9. it's not joined to the domain, but we do have registered LDAP servers.   I'm wanting to include the user first and last name in a report, however I get the domain\user name but the first and last name it's either none or blank.  How can i get this data to populate?

Re: ePO reporting

I apologize but not clear about the query.

You wanted to include user's first and last name in the report (any screenshot). May I know what report you are pulling? Steps you are using to create query/report etc. I would like to reproduce in lab and see if this is possible.

Re: ePO reporting

I agree with Hem, we need to know what type report you are trying to run.  The data it pulls from ldap may depend on how AD is populated with usernames also.  If you are trying to run a threat event report, for example, and you are trying to get logged in user info for who was on the machine at the time, that info isn't pulled from AD, it is pulled by the agent for the logged on user, which is typically their logon username.

Re: ePO reporting

The query is DLP data in-use.  We want to see email protection events by users.  We get the domain name of the user that sent the email but not there first and last name.  What kind of report would give me information?  I'm just wondering why its an option and where it would work.

Re: ePO reporting

Let me move this over to the dlp team - they are more familiar with the data that dlp returns.
