Currently we have mobiles blocked using VID and PID, with a general block on Mass Storage devices.
When users plug in there mobile devices, they will not charge. Their is a knowledge base article that has a "fix" but this hasn't worked:
Has anyone come across this issue before?
Edit: DLP is v9.3
The issue is with Windows power features. Because the device is blocked, Windows idles the port and disables power. This is the expected behavior of Windows. If the workaround is not functioning, Microsoft will need to be contacted to investigate why their "USB selective suspend setting" is not functioning as expected.
