Even with only this license it is possible,

go to Menu

DLP Policy Manager --> Definitions --> Source / destination --> Aplication Template --> Action --> New Item 

in Process Strategy: trusted 

Available properties: executable file name and directory executable name, add name of aplication or executable and Save
