Web post rules don't work with Java plugin

Do anyone know why a web post rules don't work when Java plugin turned on?

I have a rule that blocked web post and this rule worked, when I turned on the Java Plugin this rule doesn't work anymore. McAfee didn't controlled web post.

I can't turn off the plugin, but also I need that this rule is worked.

Can anybody help me?

Not a problem here with DLPE 9.3 patch 4 using IE 10 ?

What website are you visiting ? does it render a Java page with HTTP post capability ?
