DLP 11.2 is ePO Managed and it has no separate console like NDLP 9.3.x.
If you mean access to RMM console, then we have steps to reconfigure documented in the product manual.
Just some questions before:
1 - How did it happen?
2 - Have you changed something?
3 - Does the telnet works against 443 port?
4 - Did you change your Web Browser?
