We've lost access to a dlp prevent over https

11.pngHi there, Our client has got a problem with a network dlp prevent (physical appliance 5500). He's lost access to a dlp prevent over https. I attached the screen about that problem. How can we resolve that issue? I'll appreciate for your help. Best regards, Anatolii

Please confirm once the screenshot is attached. I am not able to find it. May I know the NDLP version?

Are you able to access it using putty? Please share more details. Thanks.

Yes, I, able to get there via Putty. 

NDLP version is 11.2

There is mentioned that a web-server of the nDLP appliance is not available. And a login page is not found.

Also there is a cod of issue.

DLP 11.2 is ePO Managed and it has no separate console like NDLP 9.3.x.

If you mean access to RMM console, then we have steps to reconfigure documented in the product manual.

Hi,
Just some questions before:

1 - How did it happen?
2 - Have you changed something?
3 - Does the telnet works against 443 port?
4 - Did you change your Web Browser?

We've enabled LDAP Authentication.

443 port is closed.
