Unable to install base Network DLP Prevent appliance software

The DLP appliance is brand new and I encountered the error during the installation of the builtin "DLP Prevent" appliance software.

Failed to identify the platform in use
r1208wfn_jbod.xml: No matching PCI devices for NIC 2 pci1 PCI ID af:00.0
r1208wfn.xml: No matching PCI devices for NIC 2 pci1 PCI ID af:00.0
r1208wfn_2raid.xml: No matching PCI devices for NIC 2 pci1 PCI ID af:00.0
Press the enter key to reboot the system

Any idea if this is related to the BIO settings or if the NIC drivers would have to be reinstalled?
