How to remove an applied policy to the single system or system group.

Please suggest steps.

You can modify task on a single system by going to System Tree and searching for the desired system. 

Select the system and go to Actions, Agent, and select Modify policies on a single system. 

Click Edit Assignment for the desired policy and then select:
