Revert DLP to previous version from ePO

DLP Adobe plugin 11.6.401 is not compatible with last Adobe Reader. So, I have to revert DLP from all stations to the previous branch(version). Classic deployment of older version, over latest one ,doesn't work...

Any advice from valuable McAfee experts?

Hello, in this version rollback scenario you must uninstall the current version, restart the computer and deploy the previous version.

But I am going to do that from ePO. Is there some command to set in field "Command line:" and just push old version over new?

About command: Not required.

I'm  old-school admin 😅 My preferred method for rollback is:

1. Create a new Client Task (Client Task Catalog -> McAfee Agent -> Product Deployment) for Uninstall Current DLP version.
2. Create a new tag in Tag Catalog: for example Uninstall DLP
3. Create a new Task Assigment, either for the system tree or for a specific group, and select the task created on step 1, and apply this configuration:
   1. Select Send this task to only computers which have the following criteria. When you select this option, you need to check tag created on step 2, clicking on edit forHas any of these tags
   2. Schedule status: Run Inmediatly.
4. Apply tag to systems need DLP to be removed.
5. After uninstall is complete, perform a reboot and deploy older version with your preferred method.
