Re: Printer Protection rule is'nt work

I have the same issue. All the Email and Device protection rules are working but nothing with Print. No events are appearing in Incident Manager and the client isn't applying any of the rule parameters for printing such as requesting justification or prompts. Even though the policy is set to capture any classification for any user for any printer type. Even have the Print options selected in 'Windows client configurations' for the DLP policy. Guess another call to McAfee Support required as I can't see other posts than this with this issue.
