No able to capture logs

Dear Team, We have Mcafee ePolicy Orchestra 5.3.3. I'm not able to get DLP User Sessions from some client PC & client PC DLP Product Version (Agent): 5.5.1.342 & some PC version is 5.0.4.283.

I am not sure how dlp user session works. I suggest to post to HDLP group.
