No Link to Evidence File

Jump to solution

Hi,

I am running ePO5.3 with DLP9.3

Unfortunately I cannot access the evidence file, there is no link available (whatever protection rule...)

Evidence Folder has correct permissions and the path to \\server\evidence$ is set correctly.

ePO was already able to created encrypted files into the share.

How am I able to view the evidence file?

Thanks

It seems like permission issue, Please refer KB83365 . Additionally, add the ePO hostname and give full security permission.

Thanks for your answer. I cannot check KB83365 . Unfortunately I do not have access to the service Portal.

What do you mean "add the ePO hostname"? You mean to the evidence share folder permission?

However, I doubt it is a permission issue since generated encrypted files do exist in the evidence share folder.

The whitelist and evidence shares are on the same server than the ePolicy Orchestrator.

Anyway, I followed the instructions without success
