I installed a fresh NDLP.
But I cant login to Management Web base that use default account admin/mcafee
Did you find a solution?
Is this is in managed environment???
Have you tried to reset password???
Or try it on other browser
The console password can be reset by following the guidance found in KB68800. This is a Registered KB and you must login to the service portal to view it.

Actually I have that BT I think its not good to know to share it on community
Found the issue. I'm running on a VM environment. After initial boot found that the hostname that I assigned to the machine was the cause for this problem. Some services can't handle name's with "_". These services weren't running.

I tried re-install Management, then the issue resolved. I dont know why
