Network DLP 1650 error

Hi All, i'm installing DLP 9.2.1 on NDLP 1650. Install stingray that have errors that say check logs (see attach). Thanks!

Hi Smalldog.

You have a problem in disk partition, the informations alocated in partition table aren,t concistent.

Fallow the step by step to solve the problem.

Delete/Create disk partition:

Login in command line SSH “Root”. KB68820.

Type the command below and  press ENTER:

#fdisk /dev/sdb
 

List the partition table p.

Delete the partitions 1 and 2  d.

List the partition table and verify if partitions was deleted p.

Create  partition 1

Create one new partition disk n.

Create one new primáry partition  p.

Create the  partition1 1.

To start in sector 1, agreen the configuration default and ENTER.

To the last sector of primeiry partition type 30393 (this value will be iqual the half the sectors of the disk).

Create the partition 2

Create one new partition disk n

Create one new primáry partition  p.

             Create the  partition2 2

Press ENTER to agreen default sectors configuration.

List the created partitions p.

Exemplo
Device Boot      Start         End      Blocks            Id    System
/dev/sdb1               1           30393   244131741   83    Linux
/dev/sdb2           30394       60786   244131772+  83    Linux
 

Save changes w.

Restart appliance

Install the product Linux:

           

Start SSH console.

Login = root

Password = reconnex

Copy the install file to folder "Data\install"

Go to folder data/install and unzip the apropriate package:

·       # tar xvf cdrom_imanager64.tar

·       # tar xvf cdrom_iguard64.tar

·       # tar xvf cdrom_idiscover64.tar

·       # tar xvf cdrom_iprevent64.tar

After Unzip, to first install run the command:

·       ./install_platform –P x650 (1650 or 3650)

When finished, restart appliance..

o   Reboot –n

Start SSH console again.

Type the command:

      ·       ./install_stingray –P x650 (1650 or 3650)

When finished, restart appliance.

o   Reboot –n

Looks like a fine time to call support I'm afraid.  I see some mysql related "failed" log entries.  "/data/stingray/etc/rfs_config_1 does not exist"

I see a mention in there of "Unified" which makes me shudder a bit.

Now i have another DLP 4400. I thinks this error maybe cause by errors disk hardware. So thanks anyway Regis and Odilon M Machado!
