I am using network NDLP 4400 model appliance with application version 9.3.0.NDLP monitor,discover,prevent all are integrated & managed from NDLP Manager.I use t otake backupevery sunday from NDLP Manager from last 1 year successfully but suddenly i dont know what happened that i m unable to take the backup as it is showing backup failed.I tried 15 times but it fails
What could b the possible reason,do anyone have any idea?????

Make sure you don't have a discover scan active or running. They all need to be inactive even if they are active or ready it will prevent the backup from running.
Ya, thats correct but i have only one scan which was inactive & I also deleted that buy still the backup fails...It seems that there might b some other reason....
