I experienced the same issue in Mcafee NDLP 4400 aplliance which was solved by disabling the Processor C6 mode.

This will really help you
check in /var/log/messages why it reboots. Sometimes a core dump caused it.
If yes, check for the core dump by logging in to appliance CLI.
Alternatively swap the power supply. 4400 box should have 2 PSU and make the other one active and see.
In my case swapping the power supply doesnt work but in these scenarios ofcourse we can try it just to check.
