From the DLP Incident Manger, click the "Incident Tasks" tab at the top. Select the task type of "Incident Tasks" and click "Actions | New Rule". Create a new rule to purge the incidents you wish.
Go to "Menu | Server Tasks" and enable the "DLP incident tasks runner" task and set it to run at a specific time; or don't schedule and click run to only run it once.
Hello, incident purge is done the way jhall2 explained but I have another question.
How can you purge incidents and have a clean slate, where the next first incident you receive has incident ID "1", and doesn't continue the numbering from the previously purged incidents?
This would be useful when finished with a pre-production testing phase and want to roll out to production but start from beginning with incident manager and have no references to the testing phase.
