McAfee DLP chrome extension not visible in Chrome 80

Chrome DLP extension was not visible even though all the chrome related windows client configurations are selected in Operational Modes and Modules. Tested with assigning Default windows client configuration. Opened and closed chrome many time. restarted the system many time.

DLP version 11.3.2

It would be helpful if someone help us to resolve this issue. Thanks in Advance.

Hi @VijiKarthik ,

The client machine needs to have internet access to contact the Chrome WebStore in the backend and install DLP Endpoint Chrome Extensions.

Kindly check if you are able to access the Chrome Web Store.
