How to show client event in DLP monitor? (DLP 9.0 agent)

I am using DLp 9.0 with epo 4.5. As I have followed the DLP product guide to install and implement DLP agent, no matter I enforced protection rules, device control rules, etc. There are no events in epo and DLP monitor either, is there anything I can do? Could you please help me?

Check if DLPWCF is running fine! Did you get regular pop-ups for the rules?

like if you have a USB device rule to monitor - you will get a user pop-up. Do you see those pop-ups?

No, i didn't see the pop-ups. Could you show me the tips and tricks to deploy DLP policy? I don't know why those rules doesn't work. Actually, I tried to use manual tagging in client system and do something to trigger DLP event. It works.

- I wonder know why the content protection doesn't work!

You want to do an agent wake up call and make sure that client gets rebooted.  Then in Epo under server tasks run the CMA task.

Then go back to the client and enforce the polices and try a test.

Please check the DLP Agent ports and CMA agent ports from both side
