HDLP 9.2.x - How do I check the existing WAAG (Web Access Authorized Groups ) Configuration?

Jump to solution

Was looking at an existing HDLP 9.2.1 setup on EPO 4.6 (Windows 2008).  Wanted to know if there's a way to check the WAAG configuration for the WCF service?  I've looked at the DLP consoles inside of EPO, tried re-running the WCF installer, and looked at http://localhost:8731/DLPWCF/Admin/Testing.  Can't find anything on this particular setting.

Is there any way to check this configuration setting?

Many thanks,

-John

FYI, you can find the configurations in " C:\Program Files\McAfee\DLP\WCF Service\DLPWCFService.exe.config" A sample of the configuration is as follows:

------------------------

...

<appSettings>

    <add key="AuthorizationGroups" value="Everyone" />

    <add key="FeedFormatter" value="Rss20"/>

    <add key="InternalIncludeExceptionDetailInFaults" value="false"/>

    <add key="EnableRedactionMode" value=""/>

  </appSettings>

...

-----------------------

Thanks for the information Matthias.  This is very helpful!

Cheers,

-John
