Folder DlPOutbox - in Move to drop down list

Hello, 

After installing DLP 11.6 on client system, the folder DLPoutbox is on the list of the "Move to". Some users move mails in it, and we are able to make it visible with the registry key. For now, Outlook background is already disabled in our policy. 
We would like to find a way to remove DLPOutbox in the Move to drop down list definitely for all users in other to do not have those incidents anymore.

If someone can help, or have an idea of how to do this in Outlook or other way, please help.

Hello and thank you for posting here!

This is currently a known issue with DLP Outlook Background Processing that is currently being investigated. Unfortunately, there is not an available configuration option to hide the DLPOutbox from the Move To menu. I would recommend opening an SR with McAfee Support so that you can be included in the ongoing investigation regarding this issue.
