Fcag.exe high CPU usage even with a blank DLP Policy
I had a few users with issues caused by the fcag.exe process which users around 25% of the CPU and tends to freeze Outlook (both 2010 and 2016 versions) and copy and paste operations. I have already followed KB68520 but that did not seem to make any difference, but now I have also tested a blank DLP Policy with no rule sets assigned, and the user is still having issues. I kind of expected that process not to perform any checks if there are no rule sets assigned, but it does not seem to be the case. Any ideas what may be causing that issue?
