Dear community, hope you can help us in our major problem:
Recently we have bought licenses for full DLP functionality and when we started to deploy policies to production we have faced with the major issue with fcag.exe process: We applied Windows Client Configuration Policy with "Device Control and full content protection" (even with disabled components) on our laptops, and when a user opens Outlook, the proccess fcag.exe starts to use all available RAM. Users are unable to work at all, laptops are freezing. When the policy is changed on "Device Control and content aware removable storage protection (without tag support)" everything starts to work fine.
The issue is the same for DLP ver 184.108.40.206, 11.0.200. and ver 10 patch 4
We have no clue how to fix it and will be very grateful for your help 🙂
