Export DLP incidents history with audit log and comments

Jump to solution

I need to export DLP incidents history with audit log and comments from ePolicy Orchestrator.

I tried to use "Actions" > "Export Selected Events." But I don't know what should I fill out in "Export Target Path" section. No matter how I tried, I always failed for connectivity test.

I searched this questions online for a while but I couldn't find an answer which can help me. Can anyone tell me how to use this export function?

Thanks!

I have seen a similar issue where it is going  to be addressed on DLP 11.3. I do not have any confirmed ETA on the release date.

On ePO side, make sure that you have ePO 5.10 latest patch.

KB ref-KB91126

On a side note, it will be better if a service request can be logged and issue can be properly troubleshooted for a confirmed resolution.

Hi

I'm on 11.2 and works fine for me. in the export target path create/share a network path with everyone read/write and copy the path, username type your account name with@fqdn and account password, you also have the option to send event notification down at next box, I didn't do that as it's optional, by the way I did tried for couple and works fine but really no need for that

Thank you! And yes, after I got this problem several weeks, I finally got a co-worker in my organization who knows what should we fill out for the path section. It's not McAfee's problem. Thanks again for your reply!
