Document repository update procedure?

For example: Computer-ABC has 10 files need to fingerprint, then I create a document repository definition for this location \\Computer-ABC\share$ , create a server task via EPO to scan the document repository share path -> create client task to distribute the document repository -> client should be able to identify the document which is very similar to fingerprinted document.

My question is "if I delete one file inside \\Computer-ABC\share$ (example: delete "DOC10.doc") , then do all steps above, the document repository package should be updated", but unfortunately it wasn't, when I tried to create a file which is similar to DOC10.doc and attempted to send it out, HDLP still identify this file is fingerprinted. Do you think update document repository package to client machine should do all steps above? Please help and thanks!
