Device Control 9.2 Device Rule bad applied

Good afternoon

I have the following problem:

I have created a rule-device that locks the CD or DVD but this should not apply to privileged users, but the rule is not allowed to burn cd or DVD from windows
or a third party program

this happens on a windows 7 32 bit and Device Control 9.2 hot fix 14.4.0.387

We would probably need a little more information to go on.

Is the privileged user action set to monitor or ignore the rule?  If Monitor, do you still see an event generated in the Monitor?

If you remove the user from privileged users and explicitly exclude the user from the rule via UAG, are they still blocked?

Yes, the privileged user action is set to ignore the rule, in the monitor i see event blocked to this user, who is privileged user
