Detecting From and Sender in DLP for Email

Hello, we are using a shared mailbox (HR@something). Multiple users are entitled to send e-mails from this mailbox. We want whitelist this mailbox address for some rules in DLP. We have tried to set an exception type User belongs to one of email address list, but it did not work. Could you please advise how to create an exception for situation when From and Sender are different and I want to whitelist the From address? Is it even possible? Thank you. Regards Jan
