Data Loss Prevention Prevent Email Alert Issue

Hi,

I have deployed DLP Prevent 11.4 into my existing ePO environment, one thing noticed, when sender email was blocked and redirect to email gateway for quarantine.

The email alert send to sender, inside the content, the User ID info is empty shows as "N/A".

 

Anyone experience this? any alternate solution to this? there's no such issue when we are using NDLP 9.3 version.

 

Please help!!
