Data Loss Preventio (DLP) Classifications

We, at NATO, use DLP classifications extensively.  We are currently using 77 different classifications, no kidding. Certain data is only releasable to some single nations. That makes the list quite long to use from.  So whenever we classify a document or an email, the pop-up menu, which is not changeable in size in length shows the classification in alphabetic order.  Some of the classifications that are most used, could reside below within the list, which then the users always have to scroll-down the list to find the proper classification. I have been researching if there is a possibility to change the sorting order by dragging the most used at the beginning of the menu.  If not, would not be a bad idea to make this possible.

Hi @rvdeynde53 ,

Thank you for writing in here 🙂

I could understand your scenario, however this is not possible with the current product design!

You would need to raise a Product Idea for this requirement.

Thank you.
