DVD CDROM howto allow all computers to read but selected few computers to write

Please help and advise how do I set DLP to control CDROM DVDROM so as to let all computers read but only allow some computer to be able to write.

Note that I specify 'computer' and not 'users' because we don't have restriction on users, all users can read & write, we only want to restrict by computer. 

How can I create a rule/policy to select or exclude a few computer to be allow to write?

For CD/DVD drives in DLP we dont have System based rules, you can use User based rule. where you can allow specific users or user group to allow access and others to block.

The rules which you can use are below:

1. Plug and Play Device Rule
or
2. Removable Storage Device Rule
or
3. Removable Storage File Access Device Rule

In these rules you need to select the device as "CD\DVD" drives. As in image shown below:
