DLP11 Notification placeholders

Jump to solution

Hi All,

I've setup a custom notification message for our device control events.

Currently using the %r placeholder to display the Rule Set which the notification came from; however I'm hoping there is a placeholder for the actual rule that was acted on as this will give more useful information to the user.

As far as i can tell, there is no placeholder for this though...

Thanks!

Jason

Please check the section Customizing end-user messages> place holder, for full list of all the placeholders supported.

This is the same info from the notifications configuration screen... So doesn't seem like it can be done. Unless I'm missing something? (E.g. does classifications mean something different for device control?)

In 9.3 I'm fairly sure you could have the actual rule name...
