a DLP PILOT user reported the following issue: I’m running into issues with this Pilot that is impacting my ability to send emails;
not all users in the pilot are experiencing this issue;
When the pop-up presents itself, you are able to make a selection and hit continue.
But, after selecting continue the email on the screen freezes and never clears but the email actually sends.
In fact the email is sent as I was in Cc and I received it
While the email was frozen on my screen after selecting “continue” in the pop-up, I saw the email pop up in my inbox.
it isn’t clear if the frozen emails are sending until you “xxx” out of the email and check your sents.
Which version of Outlook, there are issues between Outlook 13 and DLP- if you have the scan email. Google DLP and outlook 13 and article should pop up.
Do you have a Cisco Email protection installed on the client PC?
Could you please share Outlook plugins on the client PC?
