DLP not recognizing AIP Classification

Hello folks,

I`m trying to integrate AIP with DLP.

I followed KB91833 and tried to configurate the integration, I had no success.

I`ve registered AIP server at registered servers.

I`ve created the classifications with Third Party property in a Content Classification Criteria.

I`ve created an Email Protection rule to detect an email element and also an attachment with an AIP Classification.

When I send an email with an AIP Classification, DLP doesn`t trigger the policy.

What am I missing? Could you guys help me?

I've attached some screenshots to this post with the steps I followed.

Thanks in advance.

Re: DLP not recognizing AIP Classification

Hello and thank you for posting here!

This is actually a known issue that the DLP engineering team is currently working towards resolving. I recommend opening an SR with Support so that you can be included in the investigation and be provided the fix once it becomes available.

Re: DLP not recognizing AIP Classification

Even after DLP 16.300, McAfee and MIP is broken. Labels only work while on the network and we need to disable MFA for users...
