I solved this problem

Solution one (easiest way)

((This method works, when the problem is Agent is not running)

1-Open RUN (Windows key + R)

2-Type: services.msc and Click on OK

3- Find “McAfee DLP Endpoint Service”

Open the services

You can see that the service is off

Make sure the startup type is “Automatic”

4-Start the service

5- Right click on McAfee icon and open McAfee Agent monitor

6- Click on collect and send props + check new policies + Enforce Policies

Solution two

((This method works, when the problem is Agent is not running or Agent up-no policy))

1- Uninstall DLP from programs and features in Control Panel

(You need uninstalling code and you can get it from DLP help desk)

2- Restart the system

3- Install DLP by exe file not epo

4- Restart the system

5- Right click on McAfee icon and open McAfee Agent monitor

6- Click on collect and send props + check new policies + Enforce Policies

Please check the below:

1. Confirm if the license key is added in DLP settings.
2. Edit "Windows Client configuration" policy anc chek if all the options are enabled in "Advanced Configuration".
3. Apply the policy.
4. Create and apply a DLP policy.
5. Check if the DLP agent is running.

Still if the agent is not running, need to run the DLP DIag tool to check for the issue.
