DLP installed on workstation, agent is active, but it always appears without dlp on ePO

Hello,

We have an issue regarding DLP.
DLP installed on workstation, agent is active, but it always appears without dlp on ePO. Many computers have this anomaly for a long time.
When we checked on the computer, DLP is present in folders and application list.
However not on ePO, and when we verified with the icone de l'agent, it is not there either. And this even after a restart of these workstations.

Please help us in the diagnosis of this problem

It looks like the problem is not connected with DLPe, but with McAfee Agent.
Please try to reinstall Agent on a system:
framepkg.exe /install=agent /forceinstall

We already do that on most of our affected systems, even upgraded the agent we have, it does not change anything.

What version do you have installed:
- ePO,
- DLP extension on ePO,
- McAfee Agent on endpoint,
- McAfee DLP Endpoint,
- version of operating system?

- DLP extension : 11.6.100.14
- McAfee Agent 5.7.3
- DLP Endpoint 11.6.200.162

Could you try uninstalling DLPe 11.6.200 and testing with 11.4.300 (it is a previous stable version supported until November 2021)?

Yes, i tested that on an affected system, nothing has been changed.
And I create a SR about the problem.

@Rosie10 What is the ePO version, DLP agent and extension in ePO?

What was changed recently either in ePO or in client before noticing this issue?

@JaganA, you can find all the answer about the product version we have. Recently, we just upgrade our DLP product, ENS, and McAfee Agent (extensions and packages), we had 11.6.100 and now we have dlp 11.6.200.162.
