DLP i am not able to see the evidence and its showing the message "evidence is not avilable"
Evidence folder is in sharing with all permissions.
If i am sending any mail or any screenshot info not showing in DLP monitor.
Suggest me the steps to clear the issue..
In DLP we gave full access to the shared folders
Eventhough in the DLP monitor when i click on evidence its showing "evidence is not avilable"
Why is happening like this..??
I thought may be the shared folder is not accessing properly in the network..
Is this a reason or it could be any other reason..??
I am attaching a screenshot please find it and guide me to resolve the issue..
I'm afraid I only work with ePO, not DLP, which is why I spotted and moved the thread as you logged it under ePO.
Someone with DLP experience will need to comment.

Here we have 2 ePO's
In one ePO ,evidence folder is getting data from the client machines.Other ePO few days back data and all the activities are showing in the DLP monitor.From 2 days onwards no event is generated even they sent mails from the system where DLP agent is active also.
In protection rule i enabled the store evidence for both online and offline

Even after enabling this option also if any one is sending mail in offline "evidence is not avilable" is showing.
I am able to view the evidence only for few users..
It's a problem with user permissions or with inertnal network.???
Please suggest how to verify that in differeny ways..???
