DLP device in hung state - not processing traffic

DLP device since around 02:48 BST today went into a hung state. You can get SSH logon prompt but cannot logon. ICAP health checks from our Proxies are failing to it. ePO not reporting any alerts so CPU and Memory look fine. HTTPS is accessible. However device cannot process traffic. We are rebooting the device then will carry out health checks on it. As we cannot SSH to it at the moment we cannot get MER logs just yet.
