It is my understanding that we are using the same version in the link.
Because fcag.exe is reading the file, it is getting "locked", the wise installer can't write to it and, ultimately, the install fails. We didn't see it as much with 11.0.7 but are definitely seeing it with 11.3.
Any thoughts on what we can do with DLP to negate the issue?

AFAIK, this seems to be a software. If an executable file is available for this, could you make it a Trusted in the application template and check?

We figured out it was possibly an OAS issue. BUT. I'm keeping this KB handy. Thanks for providing!
