DLP VM Appliance Deployment questions and licensing ramifications / entitlement?

Hello DLP Community,

Can someone provide a licensing over view for deploying the DLP Manager / Monitor / Discover / Prevent as VM's?

We have DLP 4400 appliances but from a performance and coverage aspect, we will need to deploy additional DLP appliances in a mix of modes.

How is this licensed? Is it covered by our grant # if we wish to deploy additional DLP Functional modes as VMs without accruing additional costs?Are we entitled to deploy as many as we want if we have a grant #?

For the greater community,

If an organization has purchased McAfee DLP components they are entitled to run as many virtual instances of the DLP appliance modes as they wish.

For Exampe: DLP Manager / DLP Monitor / DLP Discover / DLP Prevent:

If your license is for these components you can deploy as many as you wish, you just have to accomodate for node counts for these.

Also per McAfee rep: not recommended to run DLP Manager as a VM.
