ahhhhhhhhhh that is exactly what I was looking for ! where did you find that ? that was the verbage used in my training.
I also know where I was getting stuck on all this as well.
All this time I thought some sort of computer assignment had to be assigned in the system tree. I just reliazed now while testing I can disable computer assignment all together and anything that is done with in UAG with in the ePO console will apply.
yyeaaapp feel pretty dumb, just so use to things having to be assigned in the system tree as a policy some where.

Computer Assignment Groups DO NOT override User Assignment Groups.
DLPe enforces the most restrictive rule. The old documentation should be corrected by now.
