DLP version?

nDLP or hDLP policy?

Recent upgrade?

Error msg?

hi

I have the same situation( but with print rule only. i.e. on hp laserjet M1005 printing policy is not working while on other model all works fine.

Could you promt is there any compatible problem and how can i fix this problem?

HDLP version 9.2.100

Hello

Are you guys trying to block a Tagged files or trying to block any data from printing? Is it User based or Computer based policy assignment? Make sure that the policy is applied correclty on the clients.

I had the same problem with the rule Rustem im printing, and I solved it by downloading a printer driver update and it worked
