DLP PREVENT ROOT PASSWORD

I need the root password of my dlp prevent

we migrated the infrastructure to nutanix and the dlp prevent server is giving kernel panic

i dont have a password for root

how do i request it?

Hello @JoseB0 

All config is managed by ePO and to get the password you need to connect with support team.

please open a service request with support team.

support accessed my environment as root and gave me the freedom to manipulate the server.
