DLP Evidence path test credential is failed

hello,

in DLP Settings 11.3.2 when i set Evidence Storage path and user/pass and press Test Credential i got "Test connection Failed" error but when i use "Use local Windows system account to copy evidences" test is passed. i exactly  configured Evidence folder like this link:
https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB83365&elqTrackId=AA74ED3D541A4E829E0A774B99F...

i've created evidence folder on epo server.

@farhook14 Please check the folder's permission / security settings for this particular user.

You may add everyone / domain users with full permission then check the status.

Can you confirm whether the user account added required privilege to access the share location ? Also try to access the evidence UNC from your local machine and try to create a folder in the share location and share us the result.

@farhook14 Just to add @sbalamur's comment, test fails for a few reasons.

1. The share folder is not reachable or accessible for this particular user.

2. The user doesn't have write permission to the share folder.

Please verify them.

I use Domain Administrator account to access evidence folder.

@farhook14Are you able to access the share folder and create a file from the same system and user?

could you test it?

Example: \\10.10.10.10\Evidence$

Right click and create a file.

no, i cant create a folder.it says "you need permission to perform this action". my user name is domain administrator!!!!!!

i gave full control access to Administrator user and the problem is solved.
