DLP Evidence does not store some files

DLP Evidence stores some files but not others. Are rules are set and limitations are checked but somehow some files are recoded as an incident but the file is not stored however some are stored in the specified evidence folder.

No idea? Not all the evidence are stored regardless of the size of the files. We want every accorded file to be stored in the evidence folder. Some do but some don't.

If you beleive it has something to do with the size of the files, check the setting in the Windows/MAC Client Configuration Policy --> Evidence Copy Service --> Maximum evidence file size (MB):

@j58574748

Thank you for your reply.

No it's not about size at all. Files with different sizes are being  missed from being copied to the evidence folder.

Thank you.
