DLP Endpoint 9.3.6 can't install on Dell Latitude laptop

Hi, i'm having issue to install DLPe into Window 10 Pro laptop, when i try to manually install the DLPe, it show error message saying "Your app doesnt work with Windows 10", any recommendation for me to fix this issue?

Model: Dell latitude 5285 

OS: Window 10 Professional Build version 1607

DLP Endpoint: 9.3.6

Well the message says it all: Not compatible.

Upgrade to DLP10 or 11 and you should be fine again.

the problem is i have other dell desktop running on Win10 build 1607, and it work well. but not on this laptop.

Well maybe the first system was upgraded from an earlier Win 10 Version?

1607 is compatible with 9.3.6 with HF 30: Supported with DLP 9.3.630 (Patch 6 HF 30)

Maybe check that one in and look if it helps.

Next update of Win10 will be the end of your DLP 9 then anyways.
