DLP - Email Protection causing issues with outlook Preview
We seem to have a functionality issue between DLP endpoint and Outlook.
When clients are reading their Email in preview mode, and they respond, they get the DLP pop up that triggers on one of the configured Rule sets.
As soon as the client enters a justification, the email content gets deleted before it could be sent with the error - "Send operation failed because the item was deleted before it was sent"
This only happens when in the Preview mode.
Please advise if this is a known issue and if there is a solution for this?
