DLP Device Control & McAfee EndPoint Encryption Problems

I am in the middle of trying to lock down our USB storage devices using DLP Device Control and having difficulties allowing USB Storage Devices encrypted with McAfee EndPoint Encryption to be used.

We have managed to get it to work via specifying Vendor and Product ID, but if we try to allow EndPoint Encrypted Devices (using the built in Device Definition) they are still locked down.

Locking down via Vendor and Product ID is not a viable solution, as they can be formatted to remove the Encryption.

Is there anything specific we need to do? Because the built in Device Definition doesnt seem to work!

Thanks in advance.

Give it a try with serial numbers. There are other parameters as well....
