DLP Clipboard Protection Rules - Controlling Paste into Web Browsers

Running ePO 4.6.6 Build 176 and DLP version 9.3.0.637 on the End Point

We're running a few use cases for DLP and have encountered an issue with the Clipboard Protection Rule.  Essentially, we're trying to prevent people from being able to paste content which matches a defined content category (custom word dictionary with threshold) into a web form (e.g. Freemail website message compose).  The rule works fine for browsers other than IE (Chrome) but for some reason does not work with IE.  The end point is running IE9 on Windows 7 Enterprise.

Any help would be appreciated.
