DLP Bluetooth Rules

We're running Device Control 9.3.4 and looking to implement Bluetooth blocking but we are trying to see if it's still possible to allow Bluetooth mice and keyboards.  Has anyone successfully implemented a rule like this for Bluetooth?

Re: DLP Bluetooth Rules

Hi, system48!

If your window looks like the following:

Try the following:

1. Go to Device Classes (Windows only).

2. Look at the device: what are "Managed" and what are "Unmanaged".

3. Make sure the mouse and other pointing devices are "Unmanageable Device Class".
